Logged in Users

Sometimes a user can be locked out of their account. This can happen for a number of reasons:

• The users browser or PC may have closed down unexpectedly, before the user can log out.

• The user may have logged out correctly on their PC, however trying to log in on another PC, the system may think they are still logged in.

On trying to log back in, the user will see this error message:

A user can wait 10 minutes, for the system to automatically to unlock. However if this is not suitable then an administrator can release the locked account.

• On the Admin menu, click on LOGGED IN USERS.

This will display a list of current users logged in within the organisation or practice

• Select the locked user and the Clear Login  icon will appear in the menu:

• Click Yes on the confirmation message to delete the lock

The user can now log back in.
