Archive Workflow (Manage Workflows)

The Archive Workflow option in MANAGE WORKFLOWS from the Admin Tile, allows administrators to search for Workflows and Guidelines, select them and then mark them as archived and unavailable for Workflow authors.

Archiving a Workflow.

• Use the Query section to filter and search for the Workflow\ Guideline you want to archive.

The results of your search will display the Archived status of the Workflows \ Guidelines returned.

• Select the file you want to archive and press the Archive Workflow button in the menu. the Archived status will update in the search screen.
  

To unarchive a Workflow \ Guideline, select the Archived file and the menu button will change to Unarchive Workflow
