GP practices using Vision Plus can create practice templates using Outcomes Manager.
These templates can be shared with other Vision users and the purpose of the disclaimer is so a statement can be provided to the end user prior to downloading any templates that have been shared.
The Template Disclaimer section can be used by a Health Board\ CCG to configure a message for GP practices downloading templates that have been created by other practices and shared.
