User housekeeping

In the Users section of the Administrator Dashboard, general user housekeeping tasks can be carried out. The following options are available from picking a selection on screen or double clicking on the user name to open the View User screen.

• RESET PASSWORD (If user forgets their password)

• EDIT USER (Username and details)

• TOGGLE ACCESS (To unlock or disable account)

• EDIT USER LICENCES (Licence allocation)
