Workflow Locks

A user working on a Workflow\ Guideline can sometimes get locked out of the item they are working on. This could be down to losing connection or accidently closing the screen down before logging out.

An administrator can clear the locks on the files in order for the user to continue to work on them.

• In the Administration section, click the Workflow Locks menu.

• Select the locked item from the list and the Remove Lock button appears.

• Click the Remove Lock and the file is cleared from the list.
