There are 2 options within this group:
The status dropdown option controls the active status of the pathway. There are 3 statuses:
Develop. (The default status on a new pathway) places the rule in development mode. This makes the pathway inactive and is used for pathways that are being created. A pathway distributed to practices under this status will not be visible to users at the practice.
Test. This places the pathway in single user mode. A pathway distributed to practices under this status will only be visible to the owner of the pathway. This mode tends to be used if a GP practice has the Pathway Developer tool activated with the surgery.
Publish. Once a pathway has been developed and tested it must be set to Publish mode if being distributed to practices. This makes the pathway active and practices that have been granted access to this pathway will be able to use all the features of the developed pathway.
The Alert group determines what section this pathway will be visible under within the clinical system. There 4 default groups and custom groups can also be created.
The current default groups are:
Picking an alert group from the list will place the pathway in that list within the clinical system.
