Mail Merge - Protocol tab

 

The Mail Merge group items is used to attach letters to your pathway which can be used for call and recall at a practice.

 

Letter templates that have been attached to a pathway can be accessed after running a Practice List. These templates can be populated with patient demographics and medical information stored in their patient record.

 

The letters can be used to invite the patients to the practice. The system then counts, tracks and saves these letters against the patient record to automate the call and recall system.
