The Pathway Developer tool has access to patients that have been deducted within the last 2 years for the purposes of reporting.
The Active Status Control is used to check if a patient is actively registered Active Status and Active Date settings. By default the Active Status button is set to OFF so any reporting and extracts will not look for deducted patients (I.e. not active)
Setting the Active status works in conjunction with the Active Date control.
• Click on the Active Status control to activate the control.
• Set the Active Date using the drop down calendar.
• Click Save & Close from the menu to confirm the changes.
Setting the Active Status and Active date will select a patient in the following way:
Active Status = ON checks to see if the patient is actively Registered
Active Date = Set e.g. 01/08/2016
If a patient was registered on or before 01/02/2018 then they will be included in any output.
If a patient was deducted before 01/02/2018 then they will not be included in any output.
This status setting is used in conjunction with the Registration Status control
Example:
An extract of only deducted patients (Limit of last 2 years) would be:
Registration Status = Transferred Out
Active Status = On
Active Date = 01/08/2016
