Creating Age Bands

• Select your pathway from the Service Management Dashboard
• Click the Live Data icon.

Once the dashboard opens, you will have the menu options as shown above.

• Click the Age Bands icon.

The Age Bands window opens in the right hand pane.

• Click Add Age Band.

• Enter details as required and continue for your remaining age bands.

• Click Save once complete.

The Age bands will display once the data has refreshed. This process runs once a day.

Note:

Age band data is only available for practices and patients that have previously consented to data sharing. If no agreement is in place then no patient data will be available for that practice \ patients.
