Organisation Access

When you login to the Service Management Dashboard any pathways that you have built using Pathway Developer are visible in the Pathway Summary screen. Other pathways that have been made available are also present. As the owner of a pathway you can manage all aspects of it.

You can grant management access to other organisations. An organisation that wishes to manage a Pathway must have a Pathway Developer licence activated against their account. The Pathway Developer software does not have to be part of this licence allocation. This licence can be requested through your account manager.

• From your Home page, select the Service Management Dashboard tile.

• Select your pathway for it to open in a new tab and display the options menu:

• Click the Organisation Access icon.

The Organisation access pane settings will appear from the right hand side of the screen :

• Select the Organisation from the available list and click Save.

• To revoke access, uncheck the box against the organisation.
