View SMS Transactions

The Search Transactions feature allows you as an organisation to view SMS Transactions for a selected practice. This is in the form of Practice based purchase of SMS bundles and also where applicable an refunds.

• From the organisation screen, select a practice

The Screen will display the SMS Transaction Details for that practice.

• Click on the View SMS Transactions button

The Results for that practice are then displayed.
