Workflow Teams

The Workflow Teams section allows Administrators to create and manage Workflow and Guideline teams. Teams can be used to be grant access to edit existing Workflows.

Creating a new TEAM

• Select TEAMS from the Admin menu.
• Click Add Team
• Type in the team name in the pop up window and click OK.

• Once the team has been created, select Edit Team from the menu.

• Select Add User from the pop out

A list of users who have a valid Workflow \ Guideline Designer licence will be displayed.

• Select the required users to be added. Click Add.

• Click OK to complete

To Edit or Delete the team, select the appropriate option from the menu.
