Register

The Register function is used and essential for a number of functions A rule Node with this applies creates a register of patients based on the Rules within the Rule Node that has been ticked.

The Register function is required for the following:

• Mandatory to provide a cohort of patients for Data extracts (local or Central Reporting).
• Mandatory to provide a register of patients for Mail Merge fields for a patient letter \ Recall letters.
• Optional to display in the Indicator window that the patient is on the defined register and has no outstanding indicators for the pathway.
• Optional to be made visible as a Practice list report to show the Register.   

• The pathway register will appear in an indicator window if all indicators have been met for that pathway.
