The Practice Disclaimer section is used by Health Boards to define a message to display for when practices choose to Opt in to supply patient data as part of Outcomes Manager Data Extracts
A GP practice can login to their Outcomes Manager Dashboard and select Patient Data Opt in from the Admin section.
When the practice selects to opt in to sharing patient data, the message defined by the Health Board using the section above in Administration, will then display on their screen prior to confirming.
