Available Templates - GP Practice

The Available Templates screen allows you as a practice to choose and download templates that have been shared.

Downloading a template

• Select a template you wish to download.

The Use Template icon appears.

• Click on the Use Template icon.

The icon will update from Not Used, to Awaiting Download  

• You will need to login to Vision as usual and then right click on your Vision + icon and select Download Web files.

• Select the template you wish use to download by selecting the Download box.

The template is then automatically available to everyone in the practice.

Message author

 This allows the GP practice to send a message to the author enquiring about the template.

• Select a template you have previously downloaded as denoted by the icons above.

• Click on Message Author

The pop up message appears in the right hand window.

Messages are replied to your email account.

• Type a message and click send.
