The Windows group item opens a secondary pane within Pathway Designer and allows you to carry put a number of functions:
Open Wizard.
Split Screen.
Mirror Mode.
Ruleset Builder.
Workflow
Due to 2 panes being open at the same time the Window menu will display a tick against the function in use.
