Distribute a Dashboard

If you do not want to Share your dashboard to all users within your organisation, you can use the Distribute function instead.

Dashboards can be distributed to select individuals within your organisation via their email address. Each user will be e-mailed a link to your dashboard which will have an expiry date of your choosing at the time of distribution.

• Click on the Central reporting tile.

• Open your dashboard from the menu and click on the Distribute icon.

The Distributed Dashboard pop up box appears.

• Enter the email addresses of the recipients for the dashboard. Use a semi-colon (;) to separate multiple email addresses.
• Enter an expiry date. This will tell the recipient how long the link will remain valid for.

• Click Distribute

Once distribute has been clicked users will receive an email with a link to the dashboard and a notification of when this link will expire:
