Making a Workflow Public

Workflows can be shared (usually internally) by giving viewers the link directly from within the Workflow application.

You can also make Workflow available publicly via your CCG or Health board website.

The steps required are the following:

Create your Workflow
Add Taxonomy words that allow your workflow to be searched using keywords in the Workflow Properties section.
Set your Workflow to Public in the Workflow Properties to get it ready for public viewing.
Publish your workflow.
