Viewing comments in a Workflow in response to a finished review (Owner)

As the owner of a Workflow that has been reviewed, you can now view those comments, mark them as resolved and also reply back to the reviewer with your own further comments.

If a Workflow has been reviewed multiple times, comments will build up in the Node Comments window against each annotated node and will be date and time stamped. This is effectively discussing the change history of the relevant Nodes and\or Workflow.

Viewing comments in response to a finished review.

• Open the Workflow that has been reviewed. This Workflow will now be back in Draft mode and can be edited if required.

• Select a Node that displays the Comment icon in the top right hand corner, or select the Comments Icon from the main menu.

• Either, click on the Comment icon within the Node or click on the Comment icon on the dynamic menu.

The Node Comments pop up window will now display:

Note: If new comments are added or edited, save the Workflow and set the status back to Review, and select a Reviewer.
