Add URL

A node within a Workflow can be linked to an external web link.

To add an URL link:

• Highlight your node that will link to the existing URL
• Click the URL Link icon  
• The URL Properties window opens.

• Click OK.
  
• The URL now displays under the selected heading.

Web links are checked for validity every day.

If a Workflow has an invalid link, when it is opened up in design mode and the node is selected, the description of the link in the related information page displays "Broken link" instead of the original description.
