Creating elements within a section

Sections created \ imported into Guideline can be further separated into elements. This process is easier than having to manually insert new sections into a Guideline and type in\ paste in text.

• Open and prepare the Guideline you want to split into elements.

• Highlight the section you want to split, a green dashed line appears around the section.

• Click the Highlight all elements in the selected sections icon that appears in the menu.

Guideline then analyses the section and separates the lines and highlights these in yellow. (Note: Some lines may need further separation if required, depending on the contents, e.g. images, symbols etc)

• Click on the Create new section from highlighted elements icon that now appears.

The original single section now changes to multiple sections based on the highlighted elements.

Merge and delete multiple sections.
