A Guideline can consist of sections. These sections can be linked to Workflow Nodes. Sections can be created from new or a whole document can be imported into a blank section.

An existing section can be further split into elements. These elements can then be created as new sections enabling them to be edited individually, or linked to Workflow nodes.
