The Workflow review process

A workflow can be set to a status of Review
before it is published.
This allows dedicated teams to review the content of a Workflow and provide
feedback in the form of comments to the Workflow owner.
There are 4 main stages for a Workflow when it goes through the review
process. These stages can reiterate a number of times:
- The owner of the Workflow
sets a Workflow into
Peer Review mode and allocates it to a Reviewer or multiple
Reviewers. The Workflow is locked from any further changes.
- The Reviewers receive notifications and select
the Workflows to Peer Review.
- The reviewers examine the Workflow (Read only) and can then add comments. Once satisfied, the reviewers can then state
they have finished their review. The owner of the Workflow
then receives a notification that the review has finished.
- The owner can now open the Workflow, view
the comments and make any changes. they can also
add \
edit comments in reply to the
reviewer. They can then set it back to Review
mode again to view the changes, or publish the Workflow.

a Workflow into Peer Review mode and allocate it to a Reviewer.
